The Central European History Society is pleased to announce the results of the elections held from February 17 to February 24, 2025 to fill the two vacancies on the Society’s Executive Board.
George Williamson (Florida State University) was selected as the new Vice President Elect. He will serve on the board until 2029 (one year each in the offices of Vice President Elect, Vice President, President, and Past President).
Jesse Spohnholz (Northwestern University) won election as the new at-large member to the board. He will serve a three-year term, which will end in 2028.
Congratulations to George and Jesse ! The Society also expresses its gratitude to Yair Mintzker and Heikki Lempa for agreeing to stand for election this year.
